Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Kehitysalueiden kehittämistä mahdollistava toimeenpanoväline on hyväksytty C.E.C.:ssä 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) ja se on hyväksytty Marscianon kunnanvaltuustossa 30-07-02 ja kaupunginvaltuuston hyväksymä kaavoitussopimus 28-10-2002 n. 128.
Kaupunginvaltuuston päätöksellä nro 5 21-01-2005 ja hyväksynnällä 27-04-2005 nro 68 on hyväksytty pysäköintialueiden uudelleenjärjestelyt - muutettu joitakin tonttien sisäänkäyntejä - reitistöjen mitoitus ja alisukujen ominaisuuksien päivitys;
Alueellisen ympäristövaikutusten arvioinnin yhteydessä Umbrian alueen asettamat kaavoitusmuutokset määräyksellä nro 11690 18-12-2009 ja hyväksytty kaupunginvaltuuston päätöksellä nro 47 22-06-2010 ovat johtaneet projektin tilavuuksien uudelleen mitoitukseen - erilaiseen projektin tilavuuksien jakamiseen - uuteen istutussuunnitelmaan - pysäköintialueiden päällystysmääräyksiin - rakennustöiden toteutusvaiheessa käytettäviin teknisiin määräyksiin - määräajan jatkamiseen.
Seuraavassa sopimuksessa ilmoitetut määrät:
- Pinta-ala 3 560 m²
- Projektin tilavuus 2 000 m³
- Räystään korkeus 6,80 m
- Maksimikorkeus 7,50 m
- Tornin korkeus 7,95 m
