Participation Rules:Participation in this sale is regulated by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice which the user is required to consult.
Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Payment of awarding price must take place on account indicated by the procedure within the time limit not exceeding 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT on lot:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Se fa present che, successivament alla valutazion de le offerte irrevocabil ricevud e in presensa de offerte irrevocabil de acquist sul lotto Complet, valid ai sens de l'avvis de vendita, podran vess ammessi a partecipà alla gara sul stess lotto Complet anca i offerent de i singol lotti.
A tal fin i offerent, informaa de l'esit de la racolta offerte, dovran invià quant prima una richiesta tramitt pec alla Procedura e alla Gobid International Auction Group Srl nella qual manifesten la propria intenzion de concorr esclusivament all'acquist del lotto Complet, integrand el deposit cauzional in misura pari alla differenza tra quant già versà a tìtol de cauzion dal stess offerent in fase de presentazion offerta irrevocabil e el 10% del prezz base del lotto Complet indicà in avvis. L'offerent dovrà, pertant, trasmett nelle modalità sopra indicate copia contabil del pagament effettuat a tìtol de integracion de la cauzion, che dovrà risultà accreditada sul cont corrent intestà a GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl ai fin de la partecipazion alla gara.
Se precisa che la partecipazion alla gara sul lotto Complet escluderà la partecipazion del stess offerent dalla eventual gara sul singol lotto.
