The present gathering is subject to a mandatory deposit of 10% of the price offered.

Deposit has to be paid via bank transfer to the following account:

Deposit has to be necessarily credited before the gathering deadline.

Deposit will be refunded within 20 days from gathering deadline, with no interests applied.

In case of rejection, by the Principal, of irrevocable offers collected by the Mandatory, warranty deposit will be returned within 20 working days from the closing date of the collection, without interest.

In case of acceptance, by the Principal, of one or more purchasing irrevocable offers collected by the Mandatory, warranty deposit will be returned only at the end of experiment of competitive sale that will eventually be called by the Principal, based on the best offer received, according to the terms and conditions to be defined later, in consultation with Mandatory.

In any case, warranty deposit will be retained to cover possible costs at the expense of buyer.

Participation Rules:

This is a gathering of irrevocable purchase offers of free amount for the trade-marks described above.

The irrevocable purchase offers gathering on behalf of Principals do not involve any obligation or commitment to sell nor any expense for any mediation or advice outside of this mandate, nor does it constitute invitations to offer,nor offered to the public under art. 1336 c.c., nor public savings solicitations pursuant to art. 94 et seq. of legislative decree. 58/1998. M0019756.

The possible sale will take place with obligation and responsibility of the buyer to ascertain their safety compliance.

The possibile sale of the assets will be in fact and law in which they are located, with any appurtenances, accessions, reasons and actions, active and passive servitude as indicated in the attached documentation of the properties.

The possibile sale will be as body and not to measure, and without any warranty for defects or otherlack.

The gathering will be done using the following modes:

All bidders, except the subjects by law not allowed to take part in the gathering, after having joined the site www.gobid.it, will fill in the participation form "Attached A" (published online) and send it undersigned for acceptance of the conditions proposed, at the following address:

in conjunction with the copy proof of the Bank confirming payment of the warranty deposit required.

Irrevocable purchase offers must be accompanied by a copy proof of payment of an amount equal to 10% of the offer price as a deposit, to be credited to the account indicated by Agent upon reception of an irrevocable purchase offer.

Any interested subject may submit an irrevocable purchase offer of free amount.

Principal reserves the right to indicate whether or not a competitive sales process, to be carried out by www.gobid.it platform, which has base price the value of the best irrevocable offer to purchase collected by Mandatory, the details of which will be defined after the end of collection.

Offers must be submitted in the manner specified in the attached application form (Attached A) and must contain:

- Identification of the tenderer, with complete indication of personal details and details of a identity document, specifying of fiscal code and, in the case of physical person married, the matrimonial regime that existed between the two spouses;
- Chamber of Commerce Comany Registration of company or individual company and an identity document of legal representative;
- Precise indication of lot for which offer is made and compensation offered;
- Firm and irrevocable offer for at least 90 days to purchase lot indicated for compensation offered and to participate in any competitive procedure between tenderers identified by the PRINCIPAL, to be carried out through the online auction platform www.gobid.it.
- Proof of payment of an amount equal to 10% of bid price as a deposit, to be credited to the account specified by the AGENT simultaneously with the irrevocable purchase offer. To do this, you will need to submit the accounts of the bank certifying the warranty deposit required payment.


The potential buyers must agree to terms and conditions of use of the platform and terms and conditions of use of the gathering, as stated in the present document.

Communications

At the end of each gathering , the agent will send a specific communication to the interested subjects and to the Principals, who will be called upon to decide, at their sole discretion, on the final result of the irrevocable purchase offers.

Payment Methods

All payments have to be made exclusively by bank transfer, in the manner determined in possible experiment of competitive sales, successive at this gathering, to be held by www.gobid.it platform.

Buyer's Premium - Fees

Buyer's Premium, notary charges, taxes and all expenses relating to the sale, fiscal and not fiscal will be on buyer's expense.

They will be applied in the manner determined in possible experiment of competitive sales, successive at this gathering, to be held by www.gobid.it platform.

Additional specific terms

Buyer's Premium: A charge of 10% + VAT will be added to hammer price of each lot, in possible experiment of competitive sales, successive at this gathering, to be held by www.gobid.it platform.

VAT : 22.00% VAT of the selling price will be calculated on the hammer price of each lot and on the related Buyer's Premium due. (where applicable)
