Simem Dry Beton 100 Concrete Mixing Plant

SIMEM SPA batching plant, model DRY BETON 100, capable of producing up to 90m3 / h of concrete.

The plant consists of:
- 3 metal hoppers for receiving the aggregates, each with a capacity of 25 cubic meters;
- an extraction system (by gravity) from the hoppers, for the transport and distribution of the aggregates up to the storage group, consisting of 3 conveyor belts, moved by electric motors;
- an aggregate storage group consisting of 4 metal hoppers, each with a capacity of 40 cubic meters, raised on a metal frame (insulating box not included - photo 28);
- a system for collecting the aggregates from the hoppers, consisting of dosing nozzles and pneumatic cylinders for the independent opening of the individual nozzles of each hopper and dosing of the aggregates by weight, with load cells;
- conveyor system of the aggregates towards the concrete mixer, with belt, located in the lower part of the hoppers and activated by electric motors;
- 3 storage silos for binding materials (1 x 2 compartments x 1000 quintals; 2 x 400 quintals) and weight dosing system with load cells and augers for handling;
- a water dosing system and pump for loading the concrete mixers;
- a dosing system for additives by weight and augers / pumps for loading the concrete mixers;
- a conveyor belt transport system for the aggregates, for loading the concrete mixers;
- a point for loading the truck mixers;
- dust abatement and recovery systems;
- prefabricated box for sheltering systems and additives.
- metal covers for loading conveyors, stairs and metal walkways;
- electromechanical power panels for the control of the systems, equipped with synoptic panels with selectors, buttons, indicator lights.
- management control consisting of printer, PC, monitor and a specific software developed by Elettrondata s.r.l. with a graphic interface that represents the various stages of the process and allows you to manage aggregates, cement, additives, water, based on user-configurable parameters.
