SALE NOTICE

the tender announced pursuant to art. 163 bis L.F. for the sale in two separate lots, based on the same number of offers received, of the company's photovoltaic systems.
Goods subject to the sale procedure
Lot 1: - n. 11 photovoltaic systems corresponding to as many GSE affiliated company branches for a total power of approximately 9,014 kW.
Lot 2: n. 1 widespread photovoltaic system located in Settimo Milanese for a total power of approximately 455 kW.
Terms of sale
The basic auction price is set as follows:
Lot 1: € 4.717.812,00, plus taxes and legal charges, minimum raise € 50.000,00;
Lot 2: € 40.000,00, plus taxes and legal charges, minimum raise € 5.000,00;
For consistency with the offers received and placed in the tender, the sale will take place cash free / debt free, so that at the time of taking over the leasing contracts, if the granting company does not release to the EU all the liquidity available at that time on the escrow account the successor will pay UE, in addition to the price, an amount equal to the liquidity available at the time of the transfer.
