The flooring is stoneware. The property is also equipped with a concealed electrical and water system; the second used as an artisan activity and registered in the land registry with the parcel 500 sub. 2, is characterized by a large room, a hallway and three offices.

During the inspection, it was also possible to ascertain the presence of an illegal building in the northern courtyard, consisting of a roof built with a metal structure covered by corrugated sheet plates.
