To participate in the auction, the user is required to send a scanned copy of the payment receipt of the security deposit with the CRO code to: info@gobidgroup.com, along with a copy of a valid identity document in the name of the individual or the legal representative of the company registered for the online auction and a company registration certificate in case of a company.

The statute of the company Voltaico più srl provides in art.7 for the clause of approval by the shareholders, as well as the possibility for shareholders to exercise, within thirty days following the communication by registered mail, the purchase of the share at the value offered by the successful bidder.
The statute of the company Meridional Wind provides in art.6 for the possibility for shareholders to exercise the right of first refusal, within 15 days following the receipt of the proposal communicated by registered mail, the purchase of the share at the value offered by the successful bidder.
