For sale are the brands "Europe Energy" and "WithU" famous in the energy sector
NOTICE
Unique Lot consisting of the brand Europe Energy and the brand WithU as identified in the appraisal by Dr. Daniele Gronich, which is fully referenced here with starting bid equal to Euro 50,000 (fifty thousand) and minimum bids in case of auction not less than Euro 5,000 (five thousand).
Submission of the offer
To participate in the auction, it is necessary to deliver by hand or send by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to be delivered unavoidably to the office of the Bankruptcy Trustee, set for the task at Avv. Enrico Zuccato, in Verona, Via Teatro Filarmonico n. 12, by no later than December 11, 2025, at 12:00, an irrevocable purchase offer, submitted in a sealed envelope and without any identifying marks, which must exclusively bear the wording "R.F. 122/2022 Court of Verona, Office of the Bankruptcy Trustee Dr. Lorenzo Miollo – Avv. Enrico Zuccato, auction of 12.12.2025" and the name of the person physically submitting the offer
A deposit is required in an amount equal to 10% of the offered price by means of a non-transferable bank check made out to "Bankruptcy Europe Energy S.p.A."
