The Lands are registered at Real Estate Registry of City of Spera at

Building Parcel 379 - Surface 1,494 square meters
Land parcel 409/3 - Surface 100 square meters

The building land in question develops on a slight slope and is almost rectangular in shape.
According to the current PRG, the land would allow the construction of a total of about 3,500 cubic meters which correspond to 1,300 square meters.

The land in question is currently occupied by building site materials and equipment owned by third parties, and as such is being offered for sale. All costs, direct and indirect, for the release of the fund and for the possible disposal of goods, machinery and materials that may still be present at the date of delivery of the land will be borne by the Successful bidder, relieving bankruptcy n. 27/2019, Court of Trento, from any and all duties, charges and responsibilities related to the liberation of the area.

Upon completion of the tender, in the event of an adjudication by the first mortgage lender, the latter will be able to pay the price by taking over the related mortgage debt pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 508 C.p.C. with consequent release of the bankruptcy, after integration of the security deposit to the extent that will be communicated by the trustee in order to fully cover the portion of general expenses and the specific expenses imposed on the asset.
