Industrial building located in the immediate vicinity of the expressway in Variante alla Flaminia (ex .SSn°3), 2 km away from the Colle–Gaifana junction.
The building was built in various periods in succession starting from 1982 up to the last extension in 2002.
The construction system in concrete cast on site for the part in elevation, while the roof was made with shed type tiles of c.a.p.

The building, with a completely fenced area, can be divided into two distinct portions, the one facing the road located parallel to Provincial Road no. 92 and the warehouse built in several phases and the result of expansions.

The street side portion is a rectangular reinforced concrete structure, which is spread over three floors above ground, the first ground floor largely intended for the display of furniture and the offices of the interior designers, the first floor, with both external and internal, intended for the administrative sector and appropriately divided with equipped walls, the second floor of variable internal height, intended for archive, test room and warehouses.
