The properties in question are made up of old buildings of rural type inserted inside a old court, in addition to a building and some lands  external the court.
The building on the parcel 158 is located outside the courtyard, formed by four floors above ground. Internally there are four units of popular type. Externally it's in a state of degradation and of neglect.
The partcel 371 there's the building called "il molino" which is develop over four floors. All the floors are connected to each other by an internal staircase and are composed of a single compartment. The intermediate floors have a large hole where the machinery for the mill activity isn't longer present. The building appears in a state of degradation and abandonment.
The building identified with the parcel 1025 is a sheds used as warehouse. Located along the north-west border it's formed by one floor.
