Gathering of irrevocable offers for purchaseof the shipyard complex property of the company Privilege Yard Spa, located in Civitavecchia (RM) loc. La Mattonara - Area Portuale, considered in its material and non-material components, specified as such:

- Surface property right on n.11 buildings and n.3 electric substations
- Photovoltaic system

It is noted that was signed between bankruptcy and the awarding subject of the boat Privilege One P430. private writing concerning the partial use of building site, for duration of six months - extendable for additional six months, with approval of procedure Bodies, as well attached planimetry.

It is possibile to consult the documents related to the assets via an access to the DATA ROOM prior to request by sending the specific form to the address gobid@pec.it. The form is accessible online to users registered to the platform.

The access will be guaranteed prior to payment of EUR 200.00 + VAT via bank transfer to the bank account of the Procedure and subscription of specific disclosure agreement.

Irrevocable offers will have to be presented in closed envelope, by hand, within and not later than 30.07.2018 at 18:00, to the office of the delegate professional, Notary Dott. Andrea Panno, in Rome, Via Tagliamento, 14, (from monday to thursday, h. 9,30-13,00 and 15,30-18,00, friday 9,30-13,00, holidays excluded), respecting the indications included in the rules.

Andrea Panno in Rome Via Tagliamento n.14, evenlopes will be open with the presence of the Notary, the Official Receiver, of a person in charge of GOBID International Auction Group s.r.l, company responsible for sale procedure managing, and the bidders, which con attend operations in person or by means of special legal representative with power of attorney.
