We inform the need to provide for partial demolition to reduce volume and modifications as indicated in the appraisals carried by Arch. Sandro Stevanato at acts of procedure, to which we refer necessarily to an appropriate and detailed description, and that each person must state in their bids to have read it, given the existence of unauthorized building (the building is found within a distance of 10 meters from the building of the near: require partial demolition).
We also note that from the base price if they have been deducted Euro 300,000 for building moving back with demolition and repairs, Euro 280,807.60 for presumed costs for completion works, Euro 2,000 for cancellation formalities prejudicial and Euro 15,600.42 for absence of guarantee for hidden defects .
Please note that the contractor will be takes charge of paying the resulting penalty by the injunction of the City of Caorle, that the CTU calculated in Euro 91,310.33, as well as Euro 18,339.62 for interest at 13.04.2010.*
It is to be noted that the amount of the penalty and of the interests admitted to the passive state is EUR 107.970,09 as result of the recount of the interests.
