Creditors Agreement n. 6/2017 - Ancona Law Court
For sale complete pharmacy activity in Piazza Ugo Bassi in Ancona as following notice:
"It is put on sale, in SINGLE LOT, full and entire right of business complex in operation consisting of:
a) right to exercise of Pharmacy exercised in Ancona, Piazza Ugo Bassi n.7/F
b) commercial company connected to this right of operation with relative goodwill and with any other authorization or concession provided by law for the practice of pharmacy, including that for the retail trade of foodstuffs for children and food supplements and beauticians, inclusive of legal provisions existing in Pharmacy, equipment, fiscal gauges, computer equipment, as well as furniture and furnishings
c) products intended for sale constituting warehouse stocks
The buyer will also take over:
- in currently pending employment contracts
- in lease contracts of premises where the pharmacy is exercised at a total monthly rent of 4,900.00 euros, plus VAT if and as due
Liabilities relating to the company sold will not be transferred to purchaser, including tax debts and of any other nature.
The "base selling price" is equal to € 2,650,000.00 and a deposit of at least € 265,000.00 must be paid to participate in sales competition.
Purchase offer must be contained in a special closed packet that must be received at Judicial Commissioner Office Avv. Fabrizio Scortechini, in Ancona at Corso Mazzini 73, within 12.00 am of day before date set for sale.
The Court fixes for deliberation on bids and for eventual competition between bidders and consequent adjudication, judicial hearing on day 24-1-2018 at 12 am."
