AUCTION IN 4 PHASES
The sale connected at Bankruptcy n. 93/2012 of Latina Law Court it was divided in four separated levels of goods aggregation that constituted the company itself, and in particular:
Level 1: subdivision of business complex in homogenous categories - individual lots
Level 2: subdivision of business complex in macro-categories, identifying in amounts of any assets belonging to different product categories and production sites a separate business unit (properties, equipment, warehouse, molds, semifinished produtcs and trademarks)
Level 3: subdivision of business complex in production sites, identifying in each production site a separate business unit
Level 4: complete business complex, inclusive of immovable goods, equipment, warehouse, semifinished products, trademarks and molds.
Various levels of sales will ending in succession (Lev. 1 - 2 - 3 - 4) and will be possible make offers until the end of auction.
Provisional award of lots will occur after the last level deadline (Level 4).
At each level auction deadline the starting price of lots of successive levels will be incremented if exceeded by the value of the bid received in previous levels and adapted according to the value of such offers.
WARNING: in the event of deposit payments by bank transfer, for exact qualification to participation, it is essential to indicate lot/s number and number of level for wich you intend to bid.
Collection assistance costs are required. Due amounts for the available day of collection are indicated in the lots webpages. For further collection dates additional costs please refer to specific terms of auction.
GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL does not deliver lots and does not arrange for their collection or delivery. The buyer is responsible for dismantling, moving, loading and transporting the lots awarded, and in case of vehicles of transfer of property and related procedures.
In the event of overhead travelling cranes awarding, the handling of materials under them will be borne by Buyer.
Lots are sold "as is". It is not guaranteed the match between pictures, descriptions, quantities, every other details indicated in the lots sections pages and the real condition of the lots. For this reason lots viewing is strongly reccomended in order to verify the real condtion of the goods.
