Supply Structures to Weaving Collant

Function Description:
In this group are included the structures and power accessories of the woman's pantyhose and underwear weaving machines, installed in two working areas of 18,37 m wide by 49.0 m long, totaling 900.13 square meters x 2 = 1800.26 square meters. They are part of this group the following equipment:
- 54 (fifty four) packages with creels brings structure to supply the cross weaving tights woman LONATI machines.
- 201 (two hundred one) creels door packages with power rectangular structure weaving machines tights woman MATEC.
- 55 (fifty five) of compressed air supply points (pipes, valves and fittings) to the machines for the production of underwear (body, top etc) by SANTONI.
- In carpentry metal structure supporting the creels port fortresses, the compressed air lines and the power supply systems.

The purchaser will be responsible for collect the documentation necessary for the installation and use of these components in the new production process.

Suction and Filtration System

Function Description:
Central suction and filtration system installed at the service of weaving woman's pantyhose and underwear, made up of the following units:
- 7 (seven) electric fans of F.lli FERRARI, type ELVE FG 902 N4A RD0 205m2, freshmen:

- 980006672;

The electric fans, centrifugal type, have a power of 55.0 kW.
Are located in the utility room on the first floor above the plant weaving woman's pantyhose, six were installed in the intake manifold, one is in reserve.
- 10 (ten) of filtration units of which 8 (eight) of green color and 2 (two) of white color. The filtration units are realized with metal structure, equipped with inspection porthole and an outlet of the filtered material of the manual type system.
