Portion of a warehouse with indirect access from the Minturnae road at no. 103, consisting of an iron structure with a double-pitched roof, two adjacent buildings located on the east side intended for workshop and storage, on the west side of an area occupied by a plant for the production of concrete products.
The portion of the shed in question is adjacent to and communicating with the other portion of the building owned by another property, also consisting of an iron structure with central reinforced concrete pillars. The latter is closed off.
There are cadastral discrepancies.
