The lot in question consists of a disused area located a few km from Ivrea, the property was originally used as a research center and consists of buildings that are currently totally unusable and non-compliant from a construction point of view and with particular characteristics, as well as a wooded area with steeply sloping hills that presents hydrogeological problems.
