On sale office furniture and equipment.
Collection assistance costs are required. Due amounts for the available day of collection are indicated in the lots webpages. For further collection dates additional costs please refer to specific terms of auction.
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation of fiscal burdens, as well as for property transfer of registered movable goods, will be on buyer's expenses.
Lots are sold as is. Viewing is reccomended.
