- Industrial complex built in area which is Public Property of Merchant Marine and subject of Concession of November 29, 2007, file no. 3315 and subsequent additional documents of July 29, 2009, file no. 3540, and May 1, 2011, file no. 3784, for a total surface area of 102,200 sqm, on which are located eleven buildings and three electric substations, all recorded with the land registry under category D/7, “Buildings that are constructed or adapted for the special needs of an industrial activity and cannot be put to any other use without radical transformation”
Each item, as more fully described in the expert report by architect Claudia Ferreri, is identified on Sheet 11 by a special parcel number, with use that can be determined by comparing the map extract and the table of intended use included with the expert report, as follows:

- Photovoltaic system installed on almost roofs of buildings, for a surface area of 24,500 m2, with 1,130 kWp;
- Right to succeed to the Concession of November 29, 2007, file 3315 and subsequent additional documents of July 29, 2009, file no. 3540, and May 1, 2011, file no. 3784 signed with the Port Authority of Civitavecchia, Fiumicino and Gaeta.
