On sale company goods for furniture and design, underlined in attached appraisal, as indicated in attached notice:

"COMPANY GOODS SALE - INVITATION TO OFFER

Official receiver of company "PALLADIUM SRL with sole proprietorship" received a purchase offer for any goods of movable compendium of bankrupt company, identified in following lots (such as inventory and report deposited in Court):

- SHOW ROOM;

- TRADEMARKS AND PATENTS;

- MOULDS AMONG THIRD PARTIES;

- SEMIFINISHED COMPONENTS WAREHOUSE;

- RAW MATERIALS WAREHOUSE;

- CONSUMER PRODUCTS AND CATALOGUES;

- FINISHED PRODUCTS OUT OF CATALOG WAREHOUSE;

- FINISHED PRODUCTS WAREHOUSE;

- VARIOUS ACCESSORIES OF FURNITURE DESIGN WAREHOUSE;

- SAMPLING AND CUTTING MODELS

Total offer regarding lots identified is EUR 90,000.00, payable in three quarterly installments of equal amount, the first of which within 5 days from awarding.

We invite any interested parties to submit to Officicial Receiver, Dr. Alessandro Borin, an offer equal to or higher than that received, in a closed packet that must be sent at office of the same in Noventa Vicentina (Vicenza) Via Beggiato 2/2c, guaranteed by cashier's check amounting to 10% of offered price.

All this no later than 18.00 of day September 30, 2016.

If within in indicated period more valid offers are received, it will be convened, on October 3, 2016, at 12.00 am, at Official Receiver office, an informal auction on the basis of highest bid.
