Creditors Agreement n. 29/2015 - Ancona Law Court
On sale a commercial company branch as indicated in attached notice:
"Ancona Law Court
ORDER
the opening of competitive procedure for sale of following SINGLE LOT composed as follows:
- Company Branch concerning retail marketing of goods covered by "Vic Matié" and "O.X.S." brands, as well as all other brands, of wich Linea Marche Spa is licensee not exclusively - PRICE € 150,000.00;
- Shareholding equal to 90% of share capital of RC Company Srl (owner of brands "Vic Matié" and "OXS" granted in non-exclusive right to use at Linea Marche Spa, as well as other brands that it owns ) - PRICE € 1,500,000.00;
- Shareholding equal to 98% of share capital of Overall Srl (a company that carries out activities of minute trade on-line and off-line of products of Linea Marche Spa) - PRICE € 350,000.00

Total price offered for single lot (points A, B and C), that is sale of company branch (gross of payables for employee termination benefits and supplemental sales agents benefits transferred to company branch quantified in 628,270.07 euro at 02.10.2015) and shareholdings is equal to € 2,000,000.00.
Meliorative minimum offer compared to base price to participate in competition must be at least € 5,000.00 and then will be equal to EUR 2,005,000.00
