Sale of the 100% shareholdings of ELETTROMECCANICA ADRIATICA Spa in liquidation in the capital of newly-formed limited company.
It's currently in auction the participation equal to 100% of the shareholdings capital of the new company, which will be conferred the whole company now held by ELETTROMECCANICA ADRIATICA Spa, leader in the electromechanical market, with excellent financial results. Active for decades in the national and international market of the construction of plants for energy distribution, has a turnover of over 33 million euro and an extensive know-how on the entire supply chain of the electricity market.
Specifically, the company currently performs the following activities:
a) Plant engineering sector: the company was responsible for the construction of plants in Italy and abroad, for the distribution of electricity, to develop hydroelectric power plants and more generally of renewable energy sources.
b) Sector assemblies: the company in its long history has specialized in the field of electromechanical installations evolved through the construction of primary substations and substations;
c) Supply sector: the company designs, builds and tests products for medium and low voltage in accordance with international standards.
Interested parties who want to participate in the auction will have to register and submit the documentation indicated in the notice within the 12:00 of the day June 24, 2016.
The auction will start on June 30 2016, from 10:00 to 15:00 (GMT+1).
