Shareholding of the company Brulli Group Srl - Reggio Emilia L.C. - Sale N.6

On sale on Gobid.it of the shareholding held by Brulli Energia Srl,  on the company Brulli Group Srl, equal to 100% of the share capital of the same, subject to execution in the enforcement proceedings no. 2758/12 rooted at the Court of Reggio Emilia, determined at the date of 30.06.2014, as a reference to the purpose of preparing the appraisal report, in the amount of EUR 1.640.000,00.

The company BRULLI GROUP SRL was established on 14.01.2008 under the name Brulli Eolica Srl, in the form of single-member company from Brulli Energia Srl, current partner, which relates to the production and sale of electricity from renewable sources, in particular by source wind.

The company ranks, within a dynamic group of companies operating in various capacities in the production, transmission and distribution of electricity and commercial, industrial, securities, real estate and financial deemed necessary and / or useful for the achievement of 'corporate purpose.

In November 2011 it changes the name and the business purpose in the current and increased the share capital to the current €. 100.000: the company assumes therefore the different function of "special purpose vehicle", owner of real estate and investments in other companies operating in the production and transmission of electricity, which is controlled entirely by Brulli Energia Srl and responsible for the control and coordination of other companies operating in the same sector.

The only shareholder of the company, since it was established, is now Brulli Energia Srl, (cf 02722260169), the operating company of the late '90s in the design, supply, construction and management of facilities aimed at the production, transmission and distribution of electricity, with its operating structure, systems and equipment, employees and expertise to carry out its activities.

The economic evaluation of the company (€ 1.640.000,00) necessarily refers to that of the individual assets owned by the same, carefully documented in the valuation report available on request, subject to the signing of appropriate confidentiality clause.
