Building land of about 35,200 square meters, owned by the Bank n.19/2015, Rovereto court, as well as a surface right of 3,762 square meters in the ownership of the Bankruptcy 19/2016, Rovereto court.
Since this is a single lot having as its object the transfer of full ownership, once the aforementioned surface right has been awarded, it is applicable to the p.f. 4097/5 will be extinguished by consolidation of the bare ownership and the superficial ownership of the same subject.
 
According to the provisions of the PRG in force since 02/12/2015, identified as "General Variation to the PRG - March 2015" approved by the Provincial Council with resolution n. 2056 add. 20/11/2015, the area in question is defined as "P.A.G. 9", regulated pursuant to the "Special Provisions of the Implementation Plans" pursuant to art. 64 of the implementing rules.
With determination no. 2170 of 29/07/2021, the Manager of the Autonomous Province of Trento authorized the technicians of the provincial administration to access the land for sale in order to carry out the operations necessary for the drafting of the project "Construction of the junction for Sano a Mori (integration ); this authorization is valid for a period of two years, starting from the notification or communication of the aforementioned measure.
 
The bankruptcy company (Fall. n. 19/2015) owners of the 35,200 m2, has already paid urbanization charges to the Municipality for an amount of approximately € 925,000.00.

It should be noted that the land is subject to an easement right.
